The salesman, Phillip Rigley, was helpful and friendly. The delivery was next day by 8:30 am. The delivery people were polite and thorough and on time. What more can one ask? They also service what they sell So one phone call, if needed. Great service!

We purchased our washer from your store a few months ago. We came back because of the great service previously. This time we purchased a new range. Both times we were assisted by Mr. Fausto Stubbs. His product knowledge, friendly attitude and eagerness to help were as much a part of our decision as the product itself.

Because Bill Smith installed the same microwave 3 years ago, it was very easy for the salesman to find our past records and order a new one. I didn't get the gentlemans name but he was very helpful, although I haven't received an email of the order yet. I would definitely recommend Bill Smith, both sales and service. Thank you.

Salesman was wonderful. Made the task of shopping for a new appliance easy. Fausto was knowledgeable and efficient. Worked with us on delivery. Explained the warranty. When I need any more appliances this is where I will go. And of course ask for Fausto!
